The drive from Silsbee.
Take US 96 south out of Silsbee. It runs down through Lumberton and merges into the combined US 69/96/287 freeway just north of Beaumont. Stay on the freeway and Par 19 is at 8865 Eastex Freeway on your left as you come into the north side of the city.
Thirteen miles, a shade under twenty minutes, and no turns worth mentioning. If you know the run down to the Parkdale area, we are north of it — you get here before the traffic starts.

Golf that does not depend on the weather or the daylight.
Silsbee sits in the middle of the Big Thicket, which is beautiful and also means heat, humidity and rain that arrives without discussion. Inside Par 19 it is seventy-two degrees, the lie is whatever the course says it is, and a full eighteen takes about an hour regardless of what the sky is doing.
It matters more in winter than people expect. Once the light goes at five, outdoor practice is finished for the day — but our bays run until 10 PM every night of the year, so a Tuesday in January plays exactly like a Tuesday in June.

No. Rental clubs are $12.50 for the whole bay, not per person, so one set covers a group. If you bring your own the simulator reads your real equipment and the numbers are more accurate.
That is most of who comes in. The bay is private, there are party formats built for people who have never held a club, and the kitchen and bar run the whole time you are here.
