Who we are

Par 19 Golf Simulation operates an indoor golf venue at 8865 Eastex Freeway, Beaumont, TX 77708, and the website at par19golf.com. When this policy says “we” or “us”, that is who it means. You can reach us any time at info@par19golf.com or (409) 225-5584.

What we collect

We keep this deliberately narrow. There are four ways your information reaches us.

Booking a bay

Bay reservations run through Acuity Scheduling, a third-party booking platform. When you book, Acuity collects your name, email address, phone number and the details of your reservation, and shares them with us so we have your bay ready. No payment is taken online — you settle up at your bay when you are here — so we never receive or store your card details through this website.

Contacting us through a form

The event inquiry and membership interest forms on this site do not transmit anything on their own. Pressing the button opens a pre-filled message in your own email application, and nothing reaches us until you send it yourself. At that point we receive whatever you chose to include — typically your name, phone number, email address and what you are planning.

Applying for a job

If you email us a completed employment application, we receive the information you put on it and keep it for as long as we are actively considering candidates, and no longer than one year unless you are hired.

Visiting the website

Our host, Cloudflare, records standard server information for every visitor: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to serve the site, keep it secure and understand roughly how much traffic it gets. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.

What we do with it

We use your information to hold your reservation, answer your question, quote your event, process a job application, run our membership program and keep the site working. That is the whole list. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent, trade or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

We will only email you marketing if you have asked us to. Every marketing email we send has an unsubscribe link, and it works.

Who else touches your information

A small number of service providers process information on our behalf, and only for the purpose we hired them for:

• Acuity Scheduling (Squarespace) — bay reservations and the details attached to them.
• Toast — our in-venue point of sale, and membership billing for members who sign up. Card processing happens inside Toast; we do not hold your card number.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS and security.
• Google Workspace — our business email, which is where form messages and applications arrive.

Each of these has its own privacy policy governing what it does with the information it holds. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our staff, our guests or our business.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a security cookie that distinguishes real visitors from automated traffic. The booking calendar is embedded from Acuity and may set cookies needed to make a reservation work; those are governed by Acuity’s own policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the booking calendar may stop working properly if you do.

How long we keep things

Reservation records are kept while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. Email correspondence is kept until it is no longer useful. Job applications are kept for up to a year. Membership records are kept for as long as the membership is active and as long afterwards as our tax and accounting obligations require.

Children

All ages are welcome in the venue, but this website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us their information, email us and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Texas residents have specific rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, including the right to know, to correct, to delete, to obtain a copy of your information, and to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, but the other rights apply and we will honor them.

To make a request, email info@par19golf.com or call (409) 225-5584. We will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify who you are before we act, which usually means confirming details we already hold. If we turn a request down you may appeal it by replying to our decision, and we will give you a written answer within 60 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and the services we rely on are established providers with their own security programs. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do not store card numbers, and we keep the personal information we do hold to the minimum the business actually needs.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
