From Lumberton it is one road. Take US 69 south out of town and stay on it as it becomes the combined US 69/96/287 freeway heading into north Beaumont. Par 19 is at 8865 Eastex Freeway, on the east side of the highway, before you reach the Dowlen and Delaware exits.
It is roughly seven miles door to door and effectively all of it is highway, which is why Lumberton is the one town around here where a simulator bay is a genuinely casual weeknight decision rather than a trip you plan.
