The drive from Nederland.
It is one highway the entire way. Get on US 69 north in Nederland and stay on it through Beaumont as it joins US 96 and 287. Par 19 is at 8865 Eastex Freeway on the north side of the city, past downtown and the Eastex junction.
About twenty-one miles and just under half an hour. The same road serves Port Neches and Groves, so if you are coming as a group from Mid-County it is easy to travel together.

The only moving-platform simulators in the county.
Mid-County has plenty of golfers and no indoor golf. What makes the drive worth it is not simply that we are inside — it is that our Golfzon bays sit on a platform that physically tilts to match the shot, so an uphill or sidehill lie plays like one under your feet. Almost every other simulator leaves you standing on a flat mat, which is exactly why range numbers so rarely survive the first tee.
For anyone actually working on their game, that is the difference between practice and repetition. Every swing gives you club path, face angle, ball speed, spin and carry, and daytime Monday through Wednesday is both the quietest stretch of the week and the cheapest at $35 an hour for the bay, or $25 if you are on your own.

About twenty-one miles and just under thirty minutes, straight north on US 69 through Beaumont to 8865 Eastex Freeway.
The hitting platform moves. It reads the shot and tilts to reproduce uphill, downhill and sidehill lies, which no other simulator in Southeast Texas does. Ball tracking is by high-speed camera and infrared sensor on every swing.
Monday through Wednesday before 4 PM, at $35 an hour for the whole bay. A single player pays $25 an hour any time Monday through Wednesday.
