We are opening with the thing we want to be known for. Dough is made in house, stretched by hand and baked at high heat for a blistered, charred crust. The kitchen grows from there, and the full menu with pricing lands closer to opening.

The opening menu is deliberately short so every plate is right. Shareables and a wider kitchen list follow once we are up and running. Book a bay and come try the pizza first.
Service
Order from the bay. Keep playing.
There is no reason to stand at a counter while your group is mid-round. Order from where you are sitting and we bring it over. For events we build set food and drink packages so nothing has to be decided on the night.
