Enter your booking code at checkout — that is what makes the bay free and takes the hour off your balance. Book without it and the bay is charged at the normal rate when you arrive. Checking your hours emails you both codes with the minutes left on each — weekday and anytime. Every booking confirmation shows the same thing, so most of the time you will not need to look. Book two slots back to back for a two‑hour visit. Hours reset each month and do not roll over.
